TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Horses will be purchased at the close of each group, each horse will be claimed or privately purchased.
2. Once all contracts are signed and returned to GET IN THE SULKY each group's horse will start within 45 days sometimes less.
3. All group members will be required to pay $100.00 per month to cover the initial purchase of said horse, the training, feeding, vet work, and shoeing, etc., of said horse. These bills will be sent out every month to each member. They must be paid within 7 days of billing date. If the fees are not paid within that 7 day period, that member will not received any payments from GET IN THE SULKY for money earned from that group's horse. If any member goes beyond thirty (30) days late than that member will forfeit his(her) share of said horse and it will be retained by GET IN THE SULKY.
4. In the event that a group's horse is claimed then GET IN THE SULKY will automatically re-buy a horse for said group within 14 days of being claimed and said group will not be billed for up keep fees for the days without a horse.
5. GET IN THE SULKY will retain 15% of each groups horse the rest will be divided between each member, GET IN THE SULKY will make all racing decisions with the consultation of the trainer.
6. Any winnings made by each group's horse will be divided up equally and distributed every 90 days, in check form by the U.S. mail service, along with a report of said winnings and how they were divided.
7. Any group member wishing to visit can do so by calling ahead and making an appointment, or if you wish to be in the winner's circle when your horse wins you may do so by showing us your badge which will come with your contracts.
8. These partnerships can only be transferred between family members and only by written permission from GET IN THE SULKY.

ANY OTHER CONDITION ARISING NOT COVERED IN THE TERMS ABOVE WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF BY, THE MANAGEMENT OF GET IN THE SULKY .COM AND THEIR DECISION WILL BE FINAL.
